Field Service
The device is at the customer. Its history is in your pocket.
Every device you sell is on record with its address and its service, calibration and warranty dates, and can be created straight from an invoice line. The QR label on it brings your customer’s service request to you in one tap.
The customer scans the label. The request arrives.
The QR label on the device is scanned with a phone, and without logging in the customer requests a service or reports a fault with a photo, video or voice note. Voice and video are transcribed and summarised by AI, and the request arrives attached to the device record.
Today’s route starts with the nearest stop.
Planned jobs gather on a map and the route is ordered with nearest-neighbour and 2-opt. The technician receives the jobs by SMS or email with Google Maps links, and each job moves from planned to on the way to completed.
Parts leave stock. The report becomes a PDF.
The technician fills in the checklist: pass or fail, a measurement within tolerance, a note. Parts used are issued from stock and the service report is produced as a PDF. A price quote opens from the job in one click, and the customer accepts it from a link.
It speaks up before the date.
Service, calibration and warranty dates are checked every day, and reminders go to both the customer and your team for upcoming and overdue work. Upcoming, overdue and out-of-warranty devices sit together in the reports.

Questions, answered.
Where do the QR labels come from?
You order them inside Assist in packs of 100, 200, 500 or 1,000 and pay online. They come as print-ready sheets, each label with its own code such as FX-4K7Q2M.
Does my customer need to install an app?
No. The label is scanned with the phone camera and the page opens in the browser; without logging in, the customer can request a service, report a fault or log work done by another company.
Can I import my existing device list?
Yes. Import from Excel with a preview, or create devices from invoice lines. Addresses are converted to coordinates so each device takes its place on the map.
How are service reports and quotes produced?
When the checklist is done, the service report is produced as a PDF. A quote opened from the job becomes a PDF in Turkish, English, German or French depending on the customer’s country, and the customer accepts, rejects or asks for a revision from a link.
How is the technician’s route planned?
The day’s jobs are gathered on a map and the route is shortened with nearest-neighbour and 2-opt. The technician receives the jobs by SMS or email with Google Maps links.
