Permissions are set per screen and per action, at three levels: none, half and full. A user with half permission can enter a transaction, but it does not post; it lands in the approval inbox. The approver accepts or rejects it with a note, and an approved transaction runs on its own.
Every transaction has a number.
Every action that moves money or stock opens a numbered bordro (transaction record) with a printable receipt. Cancellations go through a single engine: no receipt is voided before linked records, locked dates and the season lock have been checked.

Questions, answered.
What does the starter package include?
The dashboard, customer accounts, cash, banks, stock, purchasing, sales and invoicing, price quotes, reports, document management, calendar, reminders, approvals and settings. Permissions, approvals, branches and backups come with it.
Can I use it without any other apps?
Yes. The starter package works fully on its own, and other apps are added on top as you need them. The package itself cannot be removed, because every app uses its record.
I run several branches. Can one account handle them?
Yes. All branches in your company group sit under one account. Products are shared across branches, while price, VAT and stock alarms are set per branch. Cross-branch transactions write a mirrored receipt on both sides.
How is my data backed up, and can I take all of it out?
End-of-day reports are uploaded every day to the Google Drive account you connect. Download All Data prepares the branch’s customer, stock, sales, purchasing, cheque, cash and bank records as Excel files in a zip and e-mails you when it is ready.
What if an employee enters something wrong?
A half-permission user’s entry goes to approval first. A posted transaction is cancelled by its number; the cancel engine checks linked records, locked dates and the season lock, and the cancellation is reported with who made it.
