The garden on the deed is the garden on the record.

Keep your producers’ gardens on their customer records. Enter the block and parcel, and the area and boundary come from TKGM, the land registry; certificate, grade and clump count are recorded on every garden.

The registered area, on the record.

Pick the province, district and neighbourhood and type the ada/parsel (block/parcel) number. The area and the parcel boundary come straight from TKGM, the Turkish Land Registry and Cadastre, and the usable area can never exceed it.

Every garden has its grade.

Each garden carries the producer certificate, its grade and the certificate date. The conversion grades C1, C2 and C3 are kept apart from Organik, and a certificate date can never be set in the future.

Gardens live on the producer’s record.

All of a producer’s gardens sit in the Garden tab of the customer record, next to their hazelnut intakes, balance and certificates. One tap opens the parcel on the map.

Certified gardens, one report.

Filter by producer, province, district, neighbourhood, certificate and grade. The report totals area, usable area and ocak (hazelnut clump) count, and shows every garden you filtered on a single map.

One company. One record.

Gardens are tied to the producer’s customer record, the same record that holds hazelnut intakes, deposits, lira balance and certificate documents. The garden column in Smart Tables reads these records too.

Questions, answered.

Do I type in the parcel area myself?

No. Enter the province, district, neighbourhood and block/parcel number, and the area and boundary come from TKGM. You only type the usable area and the clump count.

What if the block or parcel number is wrong?

If no data comes back from TKGM, the garden is not saved and you are asked to check the block and parcel numbers. No garden ends up in the report without a known area.

Can a producer have several gardens?

Yes. Each garden is its own record, with its own parcel, area, clump count, certificate and grade.

Which certificate grades are there?

C1, C2, C3 and Organik. Filter the report by grade to see the gardens still in conversion on their own.

Can I see the gardens on a map?

Yes. Each garden’s parcel boundary opens on the map, and the certified gardens report shows every garden you filtered on a single map.
