Set reminders daily, weekly, monthly or on dates you choose. When the time comes the message goes out by SMS, email or WhatsApp; choose a voice call and the recipient’s phone rings and the text is read aloud.
A reminder you hear.
With a voice call, the recipient is rung from the exchange number and the reminder text is read out. The call ends with “Press 1 to listen again, or 2 to end the call.” Unanswered calls are retried.

Daily runs every day in the range, weekly on the weekdays you pick, monthly on the dates you choose. In free mode you add the dates one by one. Start, end and time are yours to set.
Tied to a customer, set from their record.
Choose Create Reminder from the Actions menu on the customer record. Payment days, cheque due dates, contract renewals: your team remembers on the day. Smart Table rows can carry reminders too.
Did it go out? Check.
Each reminder shows how many sends it has, how many went out and how many are waiting. Cancel a single date or the whole reminder; finished ones move to the Expired tab.

A customer-linked reminder lives on that customer’s record; reminders tied to a Smart Table row or a task are set from inside that record. Every SMS and voice call that goes out is logged in the reports.

How does the voice call work?
At the scheduled time the recipient is called from the exchange number, the reminder is read aloud and the call ends with “Press 1 to listen again, or 2 to end the call.” Unanswered calls are retried. The calling number is shown on the form.
Who receives the reminder?
The users you choose. If the reminder is about a customer, the customer is linked to it and the reminder goes to your team.
Which schedules can I set?
Daily, weekly (chosen weekdays), monthly (chosen dates) and free dates. Each has a start, an end and a time.
What if I want to skip one date?
Cancel that single row from the reminder details; the other dates go ahead as planned.
Does it cost extra?
Reminders are included in the core ERP package. Reminders sent by SMS use credits from the provider account you connect in the SMS app.
