One employee. One record. Every app.

Employee records, departments and roles, salaries, advances and entitlements in one place. Attendance, leave and timesheets all use the same employee record.

Identity, contact, employment. One record.

The employee record keeps identity, contact and employment details together: national ID, blood group, work phone, start date, net salary, pay day and IBAN. The profile photo comes straight from the camera.

Several roles. One main role.

Assign roles in different departments, each with a start and end date, and mark one as the main role. Departments nest inside each other and positions belong to a department.

Salary, advances, entitlements. One account.

Entitlements, salary payments and advances post to the employee’s own account, and every payment leaves the cash desk or the bank on a numbered receipt. The Transactions tab lists each line with its receipt number.

One record, in every app.

Check-ins, leave balances and the monthly timesheet all write to the same employee record. There is no second staff list to keep.

One company. One record.

The employee record is shared: salary and advance payments post as cash and bank transactions, and check-ins, leave balances and timesheets attach to the same record. The employee column in Smart Tables reads it too.

Questions, answered.

Can one employee hold several roles?

Yes. Roles in different departments are assigned with start and end dates, and one is marked as the main role.

Where do salary and advance payments go?

To the employee’s own account. The payment leaves the cash desk or the bank on a numbered receipt and appears in the Transactions tab with its receipt number and date.

What happens when someone leaves?

Once a leaving date is entered, the person is listed as a former employee. Their record and history stay in place.

Is there an org chart?

Yes, it comes with Leave Management. The chart is drawn from departments and role assignments, and anyone without a department is shown separately.

Do I set staff up again for attendance and leave?

No. Time & Attendance, Leave Management and Shifts & Timesheets all use the same employee record, so each person is added once.
