Hazelnut & Agriculture
From the orchard to the factory. One ledger.
Every kilo that is weighed, yield-tested, taken into deposit and shipped to the factory lands on the same producer record. Barley, wheat and corn too, not just hazelnuts.
Harvest morning, a queue at the scale.
The tractor drives onto the scale and the weight streams into Assist live. The second weighing fixes the net kilos and the producer gets an SMS: “Net: 15.380 kg.” The ticket links to the in-shell hazelnut intake, so nobody types the weight twice.
Yield, off the paper.
A 250 g sample: 124 g sound, 10 g shrivelled, 6% moisture. The randıman (yield) of 51.60% and a net 1,268.07 kg are calculated on their own, and the hazelnuts go into the producer’s deposit. When the price is agreed, the deposit is converted and paid from the till or the bank.
Factory shipments close with a reconciliation.
Each shipment to a factory is recorded with the buyer, plate, driver and weighbridge ticket number, then closed with a reconciliation. e-Müstahsil receipts (the producer receipt filed with GİB, the Turkish Revenue Administration) are included for purchases from growers.
Organic gardens and grain, on the same record.
An organic producer’s garden arrives from the land registry by block and parcel, with its area and boundary, and the certificate goes on file. Barley, wheat and corn purchases sit on the same record: enter the daily price, measure moisture, run the conversion, with e-Müstahsil included.
Apps for this business.
- Hazelnut TradingAll of hazelnut trading, from in-shell intake to factory shipment. Kernel yield is calculated from the sample, deposits are tracked to the kilo, and every operation posts to the producer’s account with its own receipt.
- Truck ScaleConnect your truck scale to the cloud. The weight shows live on every page, the net comes straight from two weighings, every ticket is verified by QR code and the customer gets an SMS the moment weighing ends.
- Customer AccountsOne account card for every customer and supplier: balances per currency, a running-balance ledger, PDF statements, balance confirmation letters and debt ageing. Collections, payments and transfers start right from the card.
- Cash DeskA main cash desk for each currency and a till for every user. Collections, payments, currency exchange, till handovers and counts by denomination, each posted with a numbered transaction to the till and the customer account at the same moment.
- e-InvoicingSend sales invoices to GİB (the Turkish Revenue Administration) as e-Fatura or e-Arşiv, and waybills as e-İrsaliye. Incoming e-invoices land in the same place. Credits are included and pricing is per tax ID.
- Organic FarmingKeep your producers’ gardens on their customer records. Enter the block and parcel, and the area and boundary come from TKGM, the land registry; certificate, grade and clump count are recorded on every garden.
- Bulk SMSConnect your NetGSM or Mutlucell account and send bulk SMS to customers by segment and balance. Placeholders such as {musteri_adi} and {TL_bakiye} are filled for each customer, and you see the recipient count and estimated credits before anything goes out.
- Smart TablesSpreadsheets as easy as Excel, with columns that recognise your customers, products and vehicles. Balances are read live from Assist, payments post as real till receipts, and rules alert people by SMS, WhatsApp or voice call when a condition comes true.
- ÇotiÇoti is the AI assistant in Assist’s message box, currently in beta. It answers questions about cash on hand, customer balances and hazelnuts in deposit from your own records, and prepares charts, PDFs and Excel files. When it suggests a transaction, nothing is recorded until you approve the card.
Questions, answered.
How is the yield calculated?
Yield = (sound + shrivelled ÷ 2) ÷ (sample ÷ 100). Net kilos are then adjusted for how far the yield is from 50 and moisture from 6%. For example, a 250 g sample with 124 g sound and 10 g shrivelled gives 51.60%.
How are hazelnut deposits tracked?
Each producer’s deposit kilos and hazelnut debt sit on their record. A deposit can be converted to money at the day’s price whenever you choose, and hazelnuts can be transferred between customers. Deposits whose yield is entered later wait on a separate list.
Can I issue e-Müstahsil receipts?
Yes. e-Müstahsil receipts are included with hazelnut and grain transactions, so purchases from growers need no separate package.
Does it handle grain purchases too?
Yes. Barley, wheat and corn purchases, price entry, moisture and conversion are handled with e-Müstahsil included, and each grain has its own reports.
Can my truck scale connect to Assist?
Yes, with the Truck Scale app. The weight streams live from the desktop app into Assist; if the connection drops, weighings are queued and sent automatically when it returns. Every ticket carries a QR code for verification.
