Connect your NetGSM or Mutlucell account and send bulk SMS to customers by segment and balance. Placeholders such as {musteri_adi} and {TL_bakiye} are filled for each customer, and you see the recipient count and estimated credits before anything goes out.
You choose who gets it.
Send to all customers, to the segments you pick or to customers chosen from the list. A TRY balance range narrows it to those who owe you; a hazelnut deposit range, to those with hazelnuts in deposit.
Before you send: how many people, how many credits.
“Preview and send” shows the recipient count, the estimated credits and sample messages for the first customers. If your credits will not cover it, you are warned before anything is sent.

Screens send their own SMS.
When a weighing finishes, before a cash payout or on a hazelnut intake, the SMS goes out with that screen’s own template. Customer and user templates are separate and can be switched on or off, and an SMS preference is kept per customer for each screen.

Questions, answered.
Which SMS providers does it work with?
NetGSM and Mutlucell. You enter your own account’s username and password, your sender names are fetched from the provider, and setup is confirmed with a 6-digit code sent to your phone.
Is SMS usage included?
No. SMS usage is billed separately and sends use credits from your own provider account. Assist shows the estimated credits before every bulk send.
Can each customer see their own balance in the message?
Yes. Add {TL_bakiye}, {findik_bakiye} or {tum_bakiyeler} to the message and each customer’s own balance is written in at the moment of sending. The preview shows sample messages.
Can I send only to customers who owe me?
Yes. Set a lower limit in the TRY balance range and only customers in that range become recipients. The hazelnut deposit range works the same way.
Where can I see the messages that went out?
SMS reports list them with date, recipient, subject, sender, credits and cost, and you can filter by recipient customer. Each customer’s messages also appear on the Sms tab of their record.
What if a customer does not want certain messages?
An SMS preference is kept per customer for each screen, so you can leave truck-scale messages on and cash messages off, for example. Switch a template off and that screen sends no SMS at all.
