Maintenance Tracking Software Service, Calibration and Warranty at Customer Sites
One label. The whole history.
Stick a QR label on the device. Your customer scans it to raise a request, and you plan the route, close the job with a checklist and hand over a PDF service report.
The equipment you sell asks for its own service.
Service, calibration and warranty tracking for the equipment at your customers’ sites. Customer requests from a QR label, voice fault reports, route planning, checklists and PDF service reports.
Your customer scans. No app to install.
Fixthru labels sit on the device itself. Your customer scans one with the phone camera to request service, report a fault, log work done by another company or call you, adding photos, video and a voice note. When you scan it, the device record opens directly.
A voice note, read as a summary.
Voice and video recordings are transcribed, and AI writes a short summary. Approve the request and a service request becomes a planned service job, a fault report becomes a high-priority repair job, and the requester gets an SMS.
The route, in the shortest order.
Overdue, upcoming, faulty and requested devices sit on the map in their own colours. The shortest order is worked out from your selection, and multi-day tours are planned within daily stop and hour limits, with overnight stays or as day trips. The technician gets a day-by-day plan with directions by SMS and e-mail.
Closed with a checklist.
The right checklist arrives on its own, by product or product group: checks, measurements against nominal ± tolerance, and text items. If any item fails, the result becomes a conditional pass.
Report, parts, quote. From the same job.
When the job is done, the service or calibration report is ready as a PDF. Parts used come off stock on a single receipt, a price quote can be raised from the job, and the next date moves forward by the interval on its own.
One company. One record.
Every device is tied to a customer record. Parts used come off stock on a numbered receipt, a quote raised from a job goes to Price Quotes and from there to the invoice, and messages to customers use your SMS package.

Questions, answered.
Does my customer need to install an app?
No. The QR on the label is scanned with the phone camera and opens in the browser, and the customer sends a request without signing in.
How do I get the QR labels?
Order a pack of 100, 200, 500 or 1,000 in the app and pay online; the labels are produced on print-ready sheets and sent to you. You can also print them yourself.
Who listens to a voice fault report?
The recording is transcribed and AI writes a short summary, which appears on the requests screen and in the notification. The full transcript is in the request as well.
Can I record service done by another company?
Yes. Your customer logs it from the label page as third-party service, and once you approve it, it is written to the device history as a completed job.
How are service dates updated?
When a service job is completed, the last-service date moves to the job date and the next service moves forward by the interval. For a calibration job with no new date entered, it is calculated from the calibration interval.
Can I import my existing device list?
Yes. Import in bulk from the Excel template with a preview first, and addresses are turned into locations in the background. You can also create devices from the invoices you have issued.
