Cheque Tracking Received and Issued Cheques, Cheque Books
Snap the cheque. Assist fills in the rest.
In the portfolio, at the clearing house, endorsed or collected? Every status change is on record with its date, who made it and its transaction number.
Know where every cheque is.
Your portfolio of received and issued cheques, their due dates and every status change in one place. Bank, branch code, serial number, due date and amount are read from a photo of the cheque, and every step, from collection and endorsement to clearing or a bounce, posts to the customer account and the right ledger on its own.
Take a photo. The form fills itself.
Upload a photo of the cheque. AI reads the bank (matched against the bank list even when only a short name is printed), branch code, serial number, due date, amount, currency, drawer and place of issue. You check and save, and the image stays attached to the cheque.
Only the next step that makes sense.
Each status only allows the moves that make sense. A cheque in the portfolio can be collected, endorsed, returned or lodged for clearing; a cheque at clearing is collected, comes back to the portfolio or bounces. When a cheque bounces, its amount is charged back to the customer’s account.
Coming due. Overdue.
The list shows how many days each cheque has until, or past, its due date, with approaching and overdue cheques flagged. Search by serial number, drawer or customer.
Thirteen statuses. One portfolio.
Everything that can happen to a received cheque has a name: collected at the desk, at the bank or through clearing; endorsed; returned; bounced; enforcement, court and bankruptcy proceedings, and collection through a lawyer.
Your own cheques, accounted for.
Set up each cheque book with its bank account and serial range. When you pay a supplier by cheque you pick a free leaf from the book, and used and remaining leaves are always in view.
One company. One record.
A received cheque shows on the customer account like a payment, and if it bounces, its amount is written back to the same account. A desk collection lands in the Cash Desk and clearing ties to the account in Banking; every step posts to the shared ledger with its own transaction number.

Questions, answered.
Do I have to type in every cheque?
No. Upload a photo and AI reads the bank, branch code, serial number, due date, amount, currency, drawer and place of issue into the form. You check and save; anything it cannot read is left empty.
What happens when a cheque bounces?
Mark it as Bounced and the amount is charged back to the customer’s account, with the cheque moved to cheques under follow-up. From there it can be collected, returned, or taken into enforcement, court or bankruptcy proceedings.
Can I endorse a customer’s cheque to a supplier?
Yes. Choose Endorsed and pick who receives it; the cheque is written to that account as a payment and leaves your portfolio.
How do I see cheques that are coming due?
The received and issued lists show the days left or past for each cheque, with approaching and overdue due dates flagged.
Can I track the cheques I write?
Yes. Set up your cheque books with their serial ranges and match every cheque you give a supplier to a leaf. Issued cheques are followed through their own statuses, such as With Customer, Paid at Desk and Paid at Bank.
