Shift Planning & Timesheets Automatic Monthly Puantaj
Plan the shifts. The timesheet writes itself.
Plan the shifts, and the monthly timesheet is worked out from check-ins, leave and public holidays. In your accountant’s letters, in Excel.
The month ends. The timesheet is ready.
Define shifts and plan the week; the monthly timesheet is calculated from attendance records, leave and public holidays, with 50% and 100% overtime, and exported to Excel.
In your accountant’s letters.
The puantaj (monthly timesheet) uses the letters your accountant already uses: N worked, T weekly rest, Y annual leave, R sick leave, Ü paid leave, B national holiday, M unexcused absence. Behind every cell are the check-in times, overtime and warnings.
Overtime sorts itself out.
Time outside the shift is overtime: 100% on the days you choose and on public holidays, 50% on the rest. Lateness and early leave within tolerance are forgiven, and overtime rounds to your unit.
Plan the week once.
Give each employee a default shift and mark the exceptions on the plan. Drag to select many cells, assign a whole date range at once, copy last week, and print the plan on landscape A4.
A no-show is known within minutes.
If someone has not checked in once their shift has started, the manager is told after the delay you choose. No alert goes out for approved leave, and each person triggers at most one alert a day.
Finalise. Export to Excel.
Correct any cell by hand, and recalculation leaves your correction alone. Once the month is over, finalise the timesheet and export it to Excel with Timesheet, Grid and Day Detail sheets.
One company. One record.
The timesheet reads attendance check-ins, approved leave from Leave Management and advances from the employee account, and writes the result to the Timesheet tab of each employee record. The Excel export carries the same letters as your accountant’s sheet.

Questions, answered.
Does the timesheet match my accountant’s sheet?
Yes. The day codes are the same letters your accountant uses on the staff timesheet. Pay days are counted from 30, less unpaid leave, sick leave and unexcused days, and the result exports to Excel.
Which day does a night shift count on?
The day it starts. A 23:30–08:00 shift lands on the row of the day the employee checked in, and time inside the shift counts as normal work even after midnight.
How is overtime calculated?
Time outside the shift is overtime. It counts as 100% on the days you mark as 100% days and on public holidays, and as 50% on the rest. You decide whether time before the shift starts counts.
Will recalculation overwrite my manual corrections?
No. A corrected cell is marked and recalculation leaves it alone. Revert to calculated whenever you want the automatic value back.
Can I finalise before the month ends?
No. Finalising opens on the last day of the month, and the timesheet is recalculated just before it is finalised. A finalised timesheet is read-only.
Some staff do not check in at all. What happens?
Shifts & Timesheets works together with Time & Attendance and Leave Management. Staff with no shift and no check-ins are never marked absent; their timesheet is built from their leave records.
