Do I have to type in the registration details?
No. Upload a photo of the registration and AI reads the plate, model year, colour, document serial, chassis and engine numbers, make and model, then fills in the form. You check it before saving.
How do I keep track of inspection and insurance expiry?
Enter each renewal with its start and end dates. Inspection, traffic insurance and kasko each have their own upcoming and expired lists, and as the end date approaches a reminder arrives every morning at 08:00.
Who receives the reminders?
The users you choose in the reminder settings. You set, for each type, how many days before expiry the warning starts (1 to 60 days).
Do vehicle costs go through cash and bank?
Yes. When you enter a cost or income you choose cash or a bank account; the amount posts as a cash or bank transaction and shows in the vehicle’s account history.
Does it show vehicle location by GPS?
No. Fleet does not track location; it keeps your vehicles’ documents, inspection, insurance and kasko renewals, drivers, costs and income.
