Your customer opens the link on their phone, sees the quote line by line and can download the PDF. Accept, decline or request changes, with a note if they like. On acceptance, a thank-you e-mail goes out by itself.

Set the logo and title position, accent colour, company block and the bank accounts printed at the foot of the PDF once. Switch the VAT and packaging columns on or off, add product images, or turn the title into a Proforma Invoice. Or fill your own Word (.docx) template.

The document language follows the customer’s country: Turkish for Türkiye; German for Germany, Austria and Switzerland; French for France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco; English everywhere else. Document labels use fixed translations, and the terms you write are translated automatically.

When the customer answers, you are notified by e-mail, SMS, in-app message or WhatsApp. You can also be told the first time they open the quote. Every event is written to the quote’s history.

An accepted quote’s customer, currency, lines and discounts are copied straight into a new draft sales order. You can also convert without waiting for an answer. A quote past its validity date shows as Expired, and extending the date puts it right on its own.
One company. One record.
A quote is tied to the customer’s card but opens no transaction, so the account and stock move only when business actually happens. Once a quote becomes an order, its lines and discounts carry over unchanged, and shipment, waybill and invoice follow in the same chain.

Does my customer need an account to accept?
No. The link in the e-mail opens a page that needs no login. The customer accepts, declines or requests changes, and can leave a note.
Can I send a quote in English or German?
Yes. PDFs are available in Turkish, English, German and French. The language defaults to the customer’s country and you can change it. Document labels use fixed translations, and the terms you write are translated automatically.
Can I use my own quote template?
Yes. Adjust the built-in design with your logo, colours, company block and bank accounts, or upload your own Word (.docx) template and have the quote data filled into it.
Can it produce a proforma invoice?
Yes. Choose Proforma Invoice instead of Price Quotation as the document heading; the content and language options stay the same.
How does an accepted quote become an order?
Convert to Order copies the customer, currency, lines and discounts into a new draft sales order, and the quote moves to Converted to Order. A separate option lets you convert before the customer answers.
