Lots, from first day to last.
A lot opens at goods receipt, with its expiry date. Merge lots, assign lots to unbatched stock, renumber a lot and keep the history, and add your own attributes such as colour, size or grade.
Branch to branch, on one slip.
Move goods to another branch’s warehouse with a transfer slip. The issue posts to your branch, the receipt to the target branch, and the same lot number opens there. The other branch’s staff are told by in-app message, SMS and e-mail.
A heads-up before lots expire.
Lots with stock are checked every day. Those within 30 days of expiry, and those past it, reach the people you choose in one summary per branch. Lots with no stock left stay quiet.

In a stock count you enter what you counted next to each lot’s system quantity, and the difference is split into short, over or matching. The count sheet becomes a numbered transaction.

Every stock movement is a numbered transaction: purchases open lots, shipments and production draw from them, and a transfer slip posts to both branches at once. Sales, Orders & Shipping and Production all read the same balance.

Questions, answered.
Do I choose between FIFO and LIFO?
Yes, as a company setting. The default is FIFO (oldest lot first). Deliveries and production allocate stock to lots by your chosen method, and lots reserved for another order are left alone.
Can I send stock to another branch?
Yes. Pick another branch’s warehouse as the destination on the transfer slip. Products shared by both branches are moved, the same lot number opens at the destination and the two slips are linked. If either side cancels, so does the other.
Who receives expiry alerts?
The people you pick in notification settings. Lots with stock are checked daily; those expiring within 30 days and those already expired arrive in one summary per branch. Lots with no stock are not reported.
Can I bring in my existing stock list?
Yes. Import products and stock from a template Excel file; imported stock appears as lots of type “Excel import”. Balances and movements export as CSV.
Is lot tracking in the Core package?
Warehouses, products, lot balances and stock movements are in the Core package. Lot merging and assignment, attributes, counts and transfer slips come with the Stock Depth add-on, and forward-backward tracing with Traceability.
