Connect Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP-capable AI apps to your company data. The assistant enters Assist with your account, on the branch you choose and within your permissions; tools that write records only appear if you allowed them when connecting.

The connection uses OAuth: you add Assist as a connector in your AI app, sign in on Assist’s own login page with two-factor verification included, and choose the branch and permissions. Your password never reaches the assistant; it works with a short-lived access token.

Two permissions before any write.
Write tools only exist for the groups you ticked when connecting: hazelnut, cash and banks, SMS. Before acting, the assistant summarises every field and asks for your explicit OK, and your AI app’s own approval step applies as well. For SMS, the recipient count and credits come first.
Delete the key. The connection ends.
Delete the API key in Assist and the assistant’s access is gone at once. The API Keys list shows when each key was last used, and you can create personal keys with an expiry date for your own scripts.
One company. One record.
Every action the assistant takes is an ordinary Assist transaction made as your user: a numbered receipt is issued, the till and customer ledgers update, and half permission sends it for approval. Every balance it reads is the same record you see on screen.

What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open protocol that lets AI apps use tools in other systems. Assist runs an MCP server, and Claude or ChatGPT call Assist operations through it on your behalf.
Which AI apps does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients that can connect with OAuth. You add Assist in the app’s connector settings, and sign-in and permissions are completed on Assist’s own page.
Can the assistant see everything?
No. It works in Assist as your user and with your permissions, so it cannot see records you cannot. It reaches the branch you chose when connecting and cannot leave your company group.
Can the assistant record transactions for me?
Only in the groups you allowed when connecting: hazelnut, cash and banks, or SMS. The assistant summarises the details and asks for your explicit OK first, and your AI app’s own approval step applies too. The transaction runs with your permissions; with half permission it goes for approval.
How do I disconnect?
Delete the API key in Assist and the assistant’s access ends immediately. You can also remove the connector from your AI app.
How is this different from Çoti?
Çoti is our own assistant inside Assist’s message box (in beta), and it runs transactions through approval cards. AI Connection lets you connect the Claude or ChatGPT you already use to Assist.
