Hazelnut Trading Software Kernel Yield, Deposits and Factory Shipments

Sample in. Net weight out.

Weigh the sample, enter the sound and shrivelled kernels, and the yield and net weight appear at once. Deposits, buy-outs, shipments and reconciliation all build up in the same producer account.

Yield, deposits, shipments. One ledger.

All of hazelnut trading, from in-shell intake to factory shipment. Kernel yield is calculated from the sample, deposits are tracked to the kilo, and every operation posts to the producer’s account with its own receipt.

Enter the sample. The rest is calculated.

A 250 g sample with 124 g of sound and 10 g of shrivelled kernels gives a randıman (kernel yield) of 51.60%. Waste and bag tare come off the 1,250 kg gross, leaving a 1,228.75 kg base; at 6% moisture the net is 1,268.07 kg. You can override the net by hand, and the calculated figure stays beside it.

Enter one price. The table is ready.

Enter the day’s price for 50-yield in-shell hazelnuts, and the price for every yield from 45% to 55% follows. Each yield point moves the price by 2%, and a custom calculator covers the values in between.

Deposits, to the kilo.

Hazelnuts you receive are credited to the producer’s emanet (deposit). When the producer wants to sell, you buy out of the deposit; the hazelnuts go to the factory, and reconciliation closes on the weight and yield the factory accepts. If you analyse the yield later, the intake waits in its own list.

What the factory accepts is what counts.

Each shipment carries the receiving factory, vehicle, driver, weighbridge ticket and waybill number. Enter the weight and yield the factory accepted, and the gap between what was sent and what was accepted shows up in the shipment report.

The price, in your pocket at ten.

Users who sign in with WhatsApp get your hazelnut price, the prices for yields 48 to 54 and exchange rates every day at 10:00 and 15:00. When an intake is saved, the producer can get an SMS.

One company. One record.

Every intake, buy-out and shipment posts to the producer’s account in kilos of hazelnuts and in lira, and payments leave the cash desk or the bank. Weighbridge tickets attach to intake receipts, Fleet vehicles and drivers attach to shipments, and the producer’s gardens sit on the same customer record.

Questions, answered.

How is the kernel yield calculated?

Half of the shrivelled kernels is added to the sound kernels, and the total is divided by one hundredth of the sample weight. A 250 g sample with 124 g sound and 10 g shrivelled gives 51.60%. In the net weight, each yield point and each moisture point away from 6% counts for 2%.

Can the yield difference go into the price instead of the weight?

Yes. Depending on your company setting, the yield and moisture difference is applied to the weight or to the price. Applied to the price, the kilos stay as they are and the difference is settled in the price.

Do I have to analyse the yield at intake?

No. You can take hazelnuts into deposit and analyse the yield later. Intakes awaiting analysis wait in their own list, and the net weight is calculated once the analysis is entered.

Do I need a separate package for e-Müstahsil?

No. The e-Müstahsil producer receipt is included in Hazelnut Trading, so you do not buy the e-Document package for it. Draft and issued receipts are listed separately.

What if the factory accepts a different weight?

In the shipment reconciliation you enter the weight and yield the factory accepted. The gap between sent and accepted appears separately in the shipment report and the shipment deposits report.

Can I see market prices?

Hazelnut prices are gathered daily by district from market and regional sources. Ask Çoti (beta) and you get the prices in districts near you and the gap to your own price. Your own 50-yield price shows in the top bar and in the WhatsApp messages.
