An order starts as a draft, opens once confirmed and updates its remaining quantity as shipments go out. Due date, the customer’s P.O. number and the contract number sit right on the order.
Into the cart, lot by lot.
In the shipping cart you pick the lots to ship, warehouse by warehouse; each lot becomes its own line and stock is checked on the spot. The shipment’s draft waybill becomes official with its number, date and prices.
Loading plans, on the calendar.
Plan what loads on which day and record the loading cost. Tie the transport record to the shipment with plate, driver and cargo tracking number; one shipment can carry several transport records.
Delivery, confirmed on the phone.
Print the delivery receipt for a signature, or send the recipient a confirmation link by SMS. The link is valid for 7 days; on confirmation the time, IP address and browser are recorded and you are notified.
Unpaid? Your rule decides.
The pre-delivery payment check has three settings: off, warn or block. With warn, the goods go out and the remainder is added to the customer’s balance; with block, Deliver stays disabled until the remainder is cleared.

Shipments draw stock by lot, the waybill and invoice follow in the same chain and the customer’s account updates. Weighbridge tickets link to sales orders, and production links to the order it serves.

Questions, answered.
How does the customer confirm delivery?
At delivery, the recipient gets a link by SMS. They open it, see the delivery form and confirm; the time, IP address and browser are recorded. The link is valid for 7 days, and resending renews it.
Can I still use a paper receipt?
Yes. Print the delivery form, have it signed, mark it as signed and upload the scan. You can also print and send the SMS link together.
What if I don’t want to deliver an unpaid order?
Set the payment check to block: Deliver stays disabled until the remainder is paid. With warn, the delivery goes ahead and the remainder is added to the customer’s balance.
Are delivery receipts available in every branch?
Delivery receipts are created by Deliver when the branch’s production flow is set to order-based. Orders with no raw materials are delivered straight from stock without going through production.
Can I ship without an order?
Yes. A direct shipment sends goods out without an order; the system builds the order and waybill behind the scenes so the chain stays intact.
What do export orders need?
Export orders require an agency and a container booking number. Sales contracts are numbered separately for domestic and export sales.
