The CANLI KANTAR (live scale) widget stays open on whatever screen you are on. While the operator weighs in the cabin, the manager watches the same figure from the office, along with the customer on the scale.
Two weighings. One net.
Type the plate and take the first weighing; the truck joins the trucks-inside list. On the way out, the same plate gets its second weighing and the net weight and direction are worked out for you: in heavy, out light is inbound; the reverse is outbound.
A QR code on every ticket.
Every weighbridge ticket is printed with a QR code. Anyone who scans it sees the gross, tare and net weight on a verification page, straight from the cloud record. Lose the paper and the record is still there; the mobile ticket can be shared on WhatsApp.
Weighing done. The SMS is on its way.
The moment the second weighing is saved, the customer and the manager each get an SMS from their own template. Nobody has to call the cabin to ask what it weighed.
The scale keeps working offline.
If the connection drops, the desktop app queues weighings on the PC and sends them in the order they were taken once it is back. No weighing is recorded twice, and the QR code on a ticket printed meanwhile works as soon as the record syncs.

Every completed weighing becomes a numbered transaction on the customer’s account. Inbound trucks can be tied to purchase orders and outbound trucks to sales orders, and hazelnut purchase receipts carry the weighbridge ticket.

Questions, answered.
Will it work with the scale I already have?
If your indicator sends data to a PC over a serial (COM) port, the Windows desktop app on the scale-house PC reads it and sends it to the cloud. There is no need to replace the scale.
Does weighing stop if the internet goes down?
No. The app queues weighings on the PC, sends them in capture order once the connection returns and never saves the same weighing twice. A ticket printed meanwhile verifies as soon as its record syncs.
How can a customer trust the ticket?
They scan the QR code on it. The verification page shows the weighing number, plate and gross, tare and net weight from the cloud record. A cancelled weighing shows as cancelled.
Who gets the SMS, and when?
The customer and the manager, each with their own template, the moment the second weighing is saved. You set the wording in the SMS templates; sending needs a NetGSM or Mutlucell account connected.
Can the ticket be linked to a hazelnut purchase?
Yes. In the Hazelnut Trading app the in-shell purchase is linked to the weighbridge ticket, and shipments to the factory record the ticket number too.
