Analysis at goods-in, recipes and waste in production, lots and expiry dates in the warehouse, shifts and timesheets on the floor. All on the same stock and staff records.

An incoming delivery is queued for analysis line by line from the waybill. The authorised analyst enters the parameters and each result is stored alongside its minimum and maximum. Lot and expiry date are captured at goods-in.
The recipe tells you which lots it will use.
Before a run starts you preview the material requirement and the lots that will be consumed; raw material is issued FIFO or LIFO. A badge warns when raw material is short. Waste is logged with your own waste types and the run completes with a single production receipt.
Who is on the floor, who worked the shift.
At the start of a shift, staff scan the tablet’s QR code with their own phones. The records combine with the shift plan, leave and public holidays, and at month end the timesheet, with 50% and 100% overtime worked out, is ready.
Machines are on record too.
Compressor, forklift, kiosk tablet: every fixed asset is recorded with its building, floor and section. Build the maintenance plan as a Smart Table, and when the next service date approaches a rule texts the person in charge. Vehicle inspections and insurance live in fleet tracking, weighed goods in and out at the truck scale.

Questions, answered.
Can I run both planned and make-to-order production?
Yes. Planned mode has production types, steps, recipes, inputs, outputs and waste, plus release approval. Make-to-order mode tracks a queue of Waiting, In production and Finished today, and a production plan can be opened straight from a sales order.
Is raw material issued FIFO or LIFO?
You choose. Before starting you preview which lots will be consumed, and negative stock can be allowed with a confirmation if you want it.
Can I buy quality control on its own?
Yes. The Quality app can be used on its own for incoming inspection. The Production app, for its part, runs together with Quality.
Do you track lots and expiry dates?
Yes. Lots are kept per warehouse and product, with the expiry date captured at goods-in. You are alerted 30 days ahead and once a date has passed, and lots can be merged or renumbered with their history kept.
Is the timesheet for shift workers automatic?
Yes, with Time & Attendance and Shifts. The monthly timesheet is calculated from attendance, shifts, leave and public holidays in your accountant’s codes, with 50% and 100% overtime separated, and exported to Excel.
