Accounting Reports BA/BS, VAT, Equity and Planned Transfers
Month-end, without surprises.
No separate export, no spreadsheet. Every transaction shows up in BA/BS, VAT and equity the moment it is posted, and a cancelled receipt stays visible in its own report.
Reports, straight from the transactions.
Invoices for your BA/BS returns, VAT movements, equity, cancellations and workflows, all produced from the transactions themselves. Expected collections and upcoming payments are planned by due date.
BA/BS, month by month.
Pick a year and month, then open sales invoices for BS or purchase invoices for BA (Turkey’s monthly invoice returns). Every VAT-bearing invoice of 5,000 TL or more before VAT is listed with the customer’s tax ID, invoice number, base and VAT, with valid and cancelled invoices kept apart.
VAT, from the source.
VAT reports list every VAT movement posted to accounts 191 and 391, filtered by date range, customer and status. Because sales and purchase VAT are written together with the invoice, there is nothing to gather at month-end.
Money coming in. Money going out.
Planned transfers record expected collections and upcoming payments per customer, with due date and currency. Each plan gets its own number and can be filtered by date range, customer and direction.
Date corrections, tracked and approved.
Fix the date and time of a transaction entered on the wrong day, by its number. Season records, locked-before dates and an invoice’s waybill window are all checked, and the old and new times are kept in the history. A half-permission user’s change goes to approval.
One menu. Twelve reports.
Tax, equity, money and audit reports in one place. Who cancelled what and when, the debit and credit breakdown of any transaction, which receipts mention a given word: each is a click away.
One company. One record.
Accounting Reports keeps no record of its own; it reads the transactions that Sales, Purchasing, Cash and Banking post. So a report is current the moment an entry is made, and cancelling a receipt corrects the report by itself.

Questions, answered.
Which invoices does the BA/BS report show?
It shows VAT-bearing invoices of 5,000 TL or more before VAT in the month you choose: sales invoices for BS and purchase invoices for BA. Valid and cancelled invoices can be viewed separately.
Where does the VAT report get its data?
Sales and purchase invoices, quick sales and quick purchases write VAT to accounts 191 and 391 as they are posted. The VAT report lists those movements, filtered by date range, customer and status.
Can I fix a transaction entered with the wrong date?
Yes. Update the date and time by transaction number. Season records, locked-before dates and the invoice’s waybill window are checked, and the old and new times are kept in the history. A half-permission user’s change goes to approval.
What are planned transfers for?
They let you record expected collections and upcoming payments per customer, with due date and currency, so you can see in one list what will come into and go out of your cash and bank accounts in the days ahead.
How do I hand data to my accountant?
The reports are ready on screen, and you can give your accountant a user with their own permissions. To hand over the whole branch record, Download All Data packs sales, purchasing, cash, bank and cheque records into Excel files.
