What is in the till? To the penny.
Cashiers work from their own till and hand it over to the main desk at the end of the day. The main desk is counted note by note and checked against the system balance.

A main cash desk for each currency and a till for every user. Collections, payments, currency exchange, till handovers and counts by denomination, each posted with a numbered transaction to the till and the customer account at the same moment.
A code to the customer before cash goes out.
Switch on code verification when paying a customer in cash: a 6-digit one-time code goes to them by SMS and e-mail. It is valid for 2 minutes, and the payment will not save until the right code is entered.
Till handovers, accepted on both sides.
A user hands their till balance to another till; the receiver accepts or rejects it, and the sender can cancel. Someone with main-desk authority can move every user till in a currency to the main desk with one command.
Count it note by note.
For a main-desk count you enter how many of each note you have. The total sits next to the system balance, so any difference shows at once. A half-permission user’s count goes to approval.
Which till holds what, and who holds it.
Cash monitoring opens each currency on its own: till name, user and balance. Main-desk balances in TRY, USD, EUR and grams of gold appear on the dashboard as well.
A main desk in every currency.
Sell currency, break it into lira or swap one currency for another: the rate fills in by itself and you can lock it. Currency can come in as cash or from the customer’s account and go out the same way.

Every cash collection and payment is written under one transaction to both the till and the customer account. The cash payout on a hazelnut purchase, a collection cell in Smart Tables or a cheque cashed at the desk all land in the same till.

Questions, answered.
Can each cashier have their own till?
Yes. Every user has their own till in each currency. At the end of the day it is handed over to the main desk, and the money stays on the sender until the receiver accepts.
How do I avoid paying cash to the wrong person?
Switch on code verification on the payment screen and a 6-digit code goes to the customer by SMS and e-mail; the payment will not save without the right code. It is valid for 2 minutes and can only be sent once in that window.
How does a cash count work?
You enter the number of each note for the main desk. The counted total is compared with the system balance and the count is saved as a numbered transaction. A half-permission user’s count goes to approval.
Can I keep foreign currency and gold in the till?
Yes. Each currency has its own main desk, and gold is held in grams. Currency sales, conversions into lira and swaps use the current rate, which you can lock.
How do I see the till at the end of the day?
The cash-flow report shows the opening balance, money in, money out and closing balance for each currency, with TRY equivalents. The cash ledger lists every movement with a running balance.
