It prepares. You approve.
Çoti is the AI assistant in Assist’s message box, currently in beta. It answers questions about cash on hand, customer balances and hazelnuts in deposit from your own records, and prepares charts, PDFs and Excel files. When it suggests a transaction, nothing is recorded until you approve the card.
Your question. Your numbers.
Çoti reads balances, quantities, amounts and dates only from Assist, and says so plainly when it finds nothing. It looks the customer up first and asks which one you mean if there are several. For “this month” questions it uses date-ranged reports.
No card, no record.
Collections, payments, transfers, moves between customer accounts, hazelnut intake, price entry, SMS: Çoti prepares the transaction and shows every field on a card. Nothing that is not on the card is sent. Approve it and it runs, with the receipt number added to the card; the card is valid for 15 minutes.
Charts, PDFs, Excel. Just ask.
Ask for a file and Çoti fetches the data again on the spot, builds the chart, PDF or Excel file and drops it into the chat. Images open in the conversation, files download in one tap. Numbers are put into Turkish format by the system, not by the model.
A table from one sentence.
“Let’s track our fleet’s inspection, insurance and service dates, and tell the person in charge when one is close.” Çoti designs the columns, the days-left formula, the rules and the views, and asks when something is missing. Preview it, then create the Smart Table in one click.
Your permissions. Nothing more.
Çoti works on your behalf and with your permissions, so it cannot see what you cannot. When you grant access you choose which branch’s data and which groups of operations to open. Transactions must also be switched on in company preferences, and you can revoke access in one click.
One company. One record.
Every transaction you approve creates a numbered receipt (bordro), exactly as if it had been entered on screen, and lands in the till, bank, customer or hazelnut ledger; the receipt number appears on the card and cancels under the usual rules. Every figure Çoti reads comes from those same ledgers.

Is Çoti in beta?
Yes. Çoti is in beta and can make mistakes, so we recommend checking important figures on the relevant screen. The chat screen says so too.
Can Çoti record transactions on its own?
No. Çoti only proposes: it shows the transaction on an approval card and the record is made only if you approve it. Cards are valid for 15 minutes and can be used once. On top of that, transactions stay off until they are enabled in company preferences, and only cover the operation groups you chose when granting access.
Which data can it access?
Only the records you can see, on the branch you chose when granting access. To switch branches, remove access and grant it again.
What can I ask it?
Till and bank balances, customer summaries and balances, hazelnut deposits, pending yields, shipments, loans, SMS reports and market hazelnut prices. If it cannot find a figure in Assist, it does not guess; it tells you.
Are my conversations used to train AI?
No. EFG Yazılım San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. does not use your conversations to train AI models.
Does Çoti cost extra?
Çoti usage may be billed separately. The current terms are shown in the notice on the chat screen.
