Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Yandex or your own IMAP server. Pick the provider and the settings fill in; test the connection and save. Messages are left unread, so your inbox stays exactly as it was.
Whatever language it’s written in.
First the message is screened for order keywords, then AI reads it: is it an order, are the products in the body or in an attachment? Foreign-language mail is translated into Turkish, with the original kept alongside.
It reads the attachment too.
When the order sits in an attached PDF or photo, vision AI pulls out the products, quantities and customer. Signature images are filtered out and the order attachments are saved with the pre-order.
One click to a sales order.
The pre-order lands in the mail order pool, a task is assigned to whoever connected the mailbox and they get an SMS. Review it and choose Convert to order to open a draft sales order, or reject it.

Will all of my email be read?
No. Only the mailbox you set up for orders is read. Mail that isn’t an order is neither processed nor stored, and you can switch reading off at any time.
Does it understand an order form sent as an attachment?
Yes. If the body has no products, the attachments are checked: PDF text is scanned and images go to vision AI, which extracts the products, quantities and customer details.
Do orders go into the system on their own?
They arrive as pre-orders. Someone reviews each one and either converts it into a draft sales order or rejects it. The final call is always yours.
Does it work with Gmail or Outlook?
Yes. Settings for Gmail / Google Workspace, Outlook / Microsoft 365, Yahoo and Yandex are built in; for other providers you enter the IMAP details yourself. If your account uses two-step verification, you create an app password.
What happens to orders in other languages?
The message is translated into Turkish and the pre-order shows the original and the translation together. The pre-filter recognises order keywords in seven languages.
Is a message lost if it can’t be processed?
No. A message that fails is recorded and retried for 24 hours.
