Recognises.
Customers, products, vehicles, staff, warehouses, tills, bank accounts: any record in Assist can be a column. A live ERP field never copies the balance, stock level or inspection date; it reads them from Assist every time.
Calculates.
Formulas use column names: soz_verilen_tutar - tahsil_edilen. Move or rename a column and nothing breaks. There are 58 functions, and Turkish Excel names such as EĞER, TOPLA and BUGÜN work too.
Posts.
An amount entered in a payment column posts as a real till or bank receipt from the customer on that row. The account balance and Remaining update on their own; cancel the receipt and the cell follows.
Alerts.
While you sleep, the rule keeps watch. When a promise date passes, the 07:00 check catches it, sets Status to “Overdue” and tells the follower in-app, by email, SMS, WhatsApp or a voice call.

How is this different from Excel?
Columns recognise Assist records: you pick the customer from a list and their balance arrives live. A payment column issues a real till receipt, and rules send alerts on their own when a condition comes true. Nothing gets copied around; everyone works on the same table.
Can I import my existing Excel file?
Yes. Upload xlsx, xls or csv: the header row is found, column types are suggested and customer and product names are matched to Assist records. Values that do not match are put to you; no records are created behind your back. You can undo the import within 24 hours.
Does a payment in the table really reach the till?
Yes. The payment column issues a real receipt from the customer on that row into your till or bank account, and the account balance changes immediately. The user needs full permission on the matching till or bank screen. If the receipt is cancelled, the cell drops with it.
Can my customer see the table?
You send a customer link: it goes by SMS, needs no login and shows only that customer’s rows. Balance, phone and email columns stay hidden unless you include them, and live ERP fields are never shown. You set the link to last between 1 and 180 days.
When do rules run?
The moment a record is saved. Rules that look at dates or TODAY() are also checked every morning at 07:00, and rules on live fields such as balances hourly between 07:20 and 22:20. A rule alerts once when its condition becomes true and does not repeat for the same situation.
How does creating a table with Çoti work?
